SISST
includes occupational health and safety and workers compensation
related information. The system is a modular based system and,
as a result, is able to share common information.
Each module
is designed to meet a specific need, and can be easily integrated
into a global disability management system.The design of the software
assures the evolution of the product while protecting the initial
installation.

Management Module
|
The main module
of SISST, the Incidents module, allows for recording of
essential information related to an accident/incident which has
an impact on business operations.
- Information
regarding an incident (workplace accidents resulting in lost
or no lost time, occupational and/or personal illnesses);
- Information
regarding first aid visits and medical follow-up and management;
- Management
of absenteeism (both occupational and non-occupational);
- Management
of modified duties;
- Management
of temporary or permanent functional limitations;
The information
stored in SISST can easily be retrieved through built-in
reporting tools, as well as through utilizing other report generators.
Reports already in SISST include:

on frequency and severity of injuries, absences, and accidents;

Disability Manager can manage the administration of CSST claims
using the claims appeals and cost relief modules, which provide:
Unlimited space to record notes on the recovery and appeals process;
The ability to follow-up cost relief efforts and monitor CSST
at all levels of appeal;
Standard letter formats.

related disabilities, can be tracked and managed, SISST includes
a disability module specifically designed to manage non-work related
insurance claims and absences.

your Hearing Conservation Program, which allows to:
- Accumulate
audiometric data;

with microprocessor audiometers;

analyze audiometric data and classification according to degree
of hearing loss;
- Calculate
variation of hearing threshold levels according to STS OSHA
recommendations;
- Evaluate
